Ann Marie asked: I will be divorced in 2 months and will have to find my own health insurance. I have been with Anthem for 14 years and have no health problems and no medications except 1 blood pressure pill a day. I am waiting for a quote from Anthem for a single policy but I am afraid it will not be affordable. Thanks for all the help I can get!

prizice24 asked: I own a business (LLC) with two other people. It is only us three; we do not have any additional employees. We pay for our health insurance through our business. Based on these facts, I was wondering how much I stand to save on my personal taxes. Is this a standard write off like any other business expense or does the IRS treat health insurance differently?

JLLHokieLavaDog*isaRETARDhahaLOL asked: Hi, I have never bought health insurance before, and I would like to know how I could find out if a particular health insurance provider would cover the costs of me going to a dermatologist and getting Accutane. Can anyone help me?

Emily K asked: Let’s say there’s a family, and there’s three different prescriptions for different medications within the family. Let’s say the Dad is paying for health insurance. Do you just pay for health insurance once, when you register for it? Do you pay $20 monthly? Does the price you pay go up when you add more medications? I’m confused.

kerfitz asked: Health insurance costs are extraordinary, Hillary and OBama want to force people to buy health insurance (and subsidize the costs for some) but they fail to address the reasons health insurance is so expensive. Medical malpractice insurance costs doctors more than most people make a year, and Insurance companies answer to their stockholders before their customers are two of the main reasons it is so expensive. It seems that insurance companies are the ONLY winners in the field of medicine. The democrat solutions to the “health care crisis” only masks the problem.
Whimsey… it didn’t work with car insurance did it? everyone is supposed to have it and the costs continue to soar. How will health insurance be different?

Dane C asked: I’m a successful part time entrepreneur in California, but I maintain my day job because of the group health insurance they offer. I’d like to cut the apron string and go out completely on my own, but the insurance situation holds these plans hostage.
I don’t want to buy private health insurance, I would like to structure my one man business so that I can easily purchase group health insurance for myself and family. I’d like to purchase group insurance as opposed to private insurance so that I don’t have to deal with preexisting conditions and riders, etc. Since I’m still a sole proprietor, I have plenty of leeway in regards to business structure, and I’m willing to change whatever is necessary to get the best deal possible.
How can I get health insurance for myself and family and pay for it as business expense without employees?

tnfyh asked: Hi,
I suffer from toenail fungus, and I’ve tried ALL home remedies available without success. I’m also about to buy health insurance. I thought I would take this opportunity to finally visit the doctor and get rid of this problem. My questions are:
1. Which health insurance plans offer the best coverage to treat toenail fungus?
2. Do they cover the medication and the surgery required in some cases to remove the toenail?
Thank you for all your help!

toogood2u03 asked: I am recently out of the military and need to purchase an individual health ins policy. However, I am not sure which ones are the best. I am a student, do they offer any good student policies? Also, is the SGLI to VGLI conversion a good change to make? If not, which is better term or whole life insurance policies?
